Generous portions. Beautiful setting. Good food. But all salt shakers have clumpy salt so it never comes out. May I suggest shakers with tops with no holes but hinged flap. It would keep moisture out.

The slim choice menu was outstanding. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs (even brought us fresh out of the oven extra bread). The Mango cheesecake was off the charts, and our entire experience was fantastic. Would definitely go back when we are next in Naples. Loved it.

First time ever visiting The Cheesecake Factory. I loved it. I loved the atmosphere the service and the food. I have nothing to complain about. I can only give praise. The staff is on their feet. They miss nothing and we never asked for a thing. Our meals were very large and yes we ate everything! We got our dessert to go as we were so full. Thank you for a wonderful evening out on our road trip vacation!

Their cheesecake selection is awesome, and the food is always great. The atmosphere is nice and the way they are set up is very neat. It's a great place to go with family or friends. They have plenty of parking space since it's conveniently located inside Coastland Mall. Now their staff is very friendly, almost all servants are good.

Cheesecake Factory is a magnificent place, it’s where families and loved ones unite, it could be a place where can propose or a place where you can spend your 50th anniversary or even have your first date. Whenever I go with my family I spend a very lovely evening and the way on how the place is set up its so magical. The best part of all is the food,so very delicious there are even times when I crave for a meal in Cheesecake Factory it makes my mouth all watery. Anyway for me and my family it’s always a pleasure to sit down, to enjoy a meal and to have good services every time we go there so like I said if you want to reunite families or friendships I would suggest of going to the Cheesecake Factory.
